Classic Before Pic
This May I went on a two week diet which mixed the theories of The South Beach Diet and Weston Price's theories. Essentially the South beach diet but with organic and/or raw dairy products (instead of low fat) also I used Stevia instead of Nutra Sweet. I went on this diet to lower my sugar cravings and take off some post baby fat. It went very well! After that first two week period I have cut out the following things from my diet and I'm still seeing improvement in weight loss, mood and limited sugar cravings!
Here's what I cut out long term...
Wheat
Processed sugar of any kind (even raw and organic)
Potatoes
Carrots
