Plum Brownies!!




I invented this yesterday while cleaning out my cupboards, it's DELICIOUS!

Wheat-free, sugar free Plum Brownies!


1 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey or agave
1/2 cup stevia
1 cup coconut oil or melted butter
12 oz baking chocolate, unsweetened
12 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp salt
1 cup millet flour
1 cup oat flour
2 cup plums cut in half

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Melt oil or butter in a sauce pan, add apple sauce and mix well, add molasses, stevia and honey stir until combined well. Set aside 10 minutes to cool. Melt chocolate in a pan, add to oil, apple sauce and sweetener mix, whisk until smooth. Add eggs two at a time, whisking in between. Add vanilla, salt and flour. Stir until well combined. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Place plums along the top, skin side down. If plums are tart drizzle with agave, honey or maple syrup. You also make this with apples or peaches or you can skip adding fruit.

Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes until tooth pic inserted comes out clean. Cool until firm.
