Not sure what to make of this, but it was on the sidewalk near Ikebukaro Station. It didn't seem to be functioning and there was nobody claiming ownership. So, I took a picture and moved on.

My oldest son borrowed my Optio WP for his family vacation to Mexico. He said he was the center of attention around the pool. Guests would look shocked when he jumped in with the Optio WP to take pictures of the kids. They all asked what camera he had?
